ABOUT US

About Us

We are more than a building — we are a family of faith, united by the love of Christ and committed to living out the Gospel in our everyday lives. Our church is a place where people from all walks of life can come together to worship, grow, and serve.

We are a vibrant, Spirit-led community that believes in the transforming power of God’s Word. At the heart of our fellowship is a deep desire to know God more intimately, follow Him more faithfully, and reflect His love more authentically in the world around us.

As a church, we are passionate about building relationships, both with God and with each other. We gather to worship, pray, learn, and serve — supporting one another through life’s highs and lows, and working together to make a difference in our community.

Whether you’re just beginning your spiritual journey or have walked with Christ for years, you belong here. This is a place where your faith can flourish, your gifts can be used, and your story becomes part of something greater — God’s story.

Our Vision

To be the kind of people God had in mind when He was sending His Son on earth.
People who will seek to glorify, love and obey Christ through the empowerment of the indwelling
Holy Spirit.
By that, we will seek to allow the Holy Spirit a willing submission to produce His fruit in us as
individuals and as a body of believers and Seek to allow Him to manifest His gifts in and through
us.

Our Mission

Our Mission statement is :
To bring people to Jesus and by incorporating them into God’s family, develop them as
responsible members, mature them into being like Christ, equip them to do ministry in the
church and mission in the world for God’s name to be magnified.
Summary: We bring people to Jesus to be and do like Him

Our Commitment Verse

“Do all that you have in mind” his armour – bearer said. “Go ahead; I am with you heart and
soul.” (1 Samuel 14:17, NIV)

Our Motto (Our commitment)

We are committed to God, to His Word and to His Mission
because
A Great Commitment To God, to His Word And to His Mission Will Grow A Great Church

CORE VALUES

1. Commitment To God: Intimacy With God, seek to have a personal relationship with God.
Jesus replied, “I assure you, unless you are born again, you can never see the Kingdom of
God.”
So don’t be surprised at my statement that you must be born again. (John 3:3,7)
2. Preaching The Word. It is the word of God, as it is preached and taught that sets people free.
…as newborn babies, desire the pure milk of the world, that you may grow thereby. (2 Pt 2:2)
“And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
(John 8:32)
3. Passion for the lost. Jesus came to seek and find that which was lost. It is the churches main
responsibility to reach the world with the gospel of salvation.
‘’for the Son of man has come to seek and to save that which was lost’’
(Luke 19:10)

4. Compassion. The church should be an extension of God’s love to the hurting and bleeding
world.
(NLT)-Then the King will say to those on the right, Come, you who are blessed by my Father,
inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 35 For I was hungry, and
you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into
your home. 36 I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was
in prison, and you visited me.”
(Matthew 25:34)
5. Integrity. God is looking for men and women who live holy lives and are accountable to God
and to one another.
God forbid that I should justify you: till I die I will not remove mine
integrity from me. (Job 27:5)
The integrity of the upright shall guide them: but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy
them. (Proverbs 11:3)
6. Family priority. The family institution is God’s building block to the church and nation and
should be given the first priority in ministry.
But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the
faith, and is worse than an infidel. (ITimothy 5:8) He must manage his own family well, with
children who respect and obey him. For if a man cannot manage his own household, how can
he take care of God’s church? (Timothy 3: 4-5).
7. Stewardship. The world and everything in it belongs to God, and we are His stewards. We are
therefore called to be faithful stewards of finances, time and spiritual gifts in our lives and
ministries so as to reach the world with the Gospel.
8. Prayer. God’s desire is for every Christian prayer to be part of his daily life. We are
commanded to pray and as a church, we aim at actually participating in united prayer to build a
praying people for whom prayer is a way of life in fact other church activities are amplified by a
united prayer.
9. Love For One Another. Love for one another is the first force that builds a momentum for the
co operate church to reach the world. It is when we love one another that the world can believe
truly we belong to God.
So now, I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you
should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my
disciples.” (John 13:34-35)
10. Excellence. In this world of mediocrity, God desires His people to rise above the average.
And like an eagle soar to greater heights of life and ministry. For us to make a difference, in the
world we should seek to excel in everything

STATEMENT OF FAITH

1. We believe in the Holy Trinity that Godhead consists of the Father, the Son and the Holy
Spirit. Three in one and one in Three.
2. We believe the Bible to be inspired by the authoritative Word of God because they wanted to
prophesy. It was the Holy Spirit who moved the prophets to speak from God. (2 Peter 1:21)
3. We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His incarnation, crucification, divine bodily
resurrection, His ascension to glory and His promised second coming.
4. We believe in salvation through the redeeming blood of Jesus Christ, which is by grace
through faith and not by works.
5. We believe in Jesus’ power to save, to heal and sustain Christians to live holy and pure lives
by the enabling of the Holy Spirit.
6. We believe in the observance of water baptism after salvation; immersion in the name of God
the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. (Mathew 28:19-20) and the Lord’s supper as
commended in the Holy Bible.
7. We believe marriage is honorable and should be between two adults male and female who
agree to be joined together as husband and wife. We believe holy matrimony is between two
born again believers of opposite sex who publicly come and take their vows before the church to
live together as husband and wife in accordance with the word of God (2 Corinthians 6:14-18).
We believe marriage was intended to be a life covenant between the couple, after death the one
who remains is free to re-marry; divorce is not acceptable in our society except as commended
in the word of God. (Mathew 954-46, 1 C Corinthians 7:10-15, Deuteronomy 24:1, Mathew 5:31;
19:4-9).
8. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost with manifestation of speaking in tongues (Acts
2:4, 19:6, 10:46) and the present ministry of Spirit in and through the believers as manifested in
the Ministry, gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit. (Ephesians 4:11, 1 Corinthians 12:9-11. Galatians
5:22-23)
9. We believe in the bodily resurrection, eternal life for the righteous and eternal punishment for
the wicked.
